01If you change your mind
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Covers must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the factory seal intact. Opened intimate products cannot be returned for preference or fit reasons.
02Something isn’t right?
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items are handled separately; the unopened-product restriction does not apply. Email us with your order reference, a description, and product photos if available. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return postage for our error.
03Start a return
Email marketing@auriabare.com before mailing anything. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the correct address. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; original outbound shipping is not refundable for those returns.
04Receiving your refund
After inspection, we’ll email the decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may need another 5–10 business days to post them. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
