01Where we deliver
Online checkout currently accepts United States delivery addresses and charges in USD. For other destinations, email us before ordering.
02Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $4.99 per order. It is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $50, excluding shipping and tax. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay.
03Processing & delivery estimates
Allow 1–3 business days for processing after successful payment, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Carrier delays, holidays, and remote destinations may affect arrival. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we’ll contact you with the revised timing and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
04Tracking & delivery help
Contact marketing@auriabare.com with your order reference for shipment status or tracking assistance. If a parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, let us know so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
05Check your address
Review the recipient name, street, apartment, and ZIP code before paying. Email address corrections immediately. We can try to update an order before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once it has shipped.
